- You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. What the Services Do
The Services provide informational content and may allow you to connect with third-party insurance professionals, providers, agencies, or call centers (collectively, “Partners”) via phone. We are not an insurance carrier and do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, coverage, rates, or specific outcomes.
5. Phone Call Features and Disclosures
5.1 Calling from the Site
If you choose to call a phone number displayed on the Services, you understand that:
- Your call may be routed to a Partner.
- Standard voice charges may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
- Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, compliance, training, and fraud prevention where permitted by law.
5.2 Dynamic Number Insertion / Call Tracking
We and our Partners may use call tracking and dynamic number insertion technology to measure performance, route calls, and improve services. This may cause phone numbers to change based on traffic source, location, or other signals. The phone number you see may differ from a default number shown elsewhere on the site.
6. No Professional Advice
Content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your situation.

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
